Joseph M. (Joe) Gannam

Joseph Martin Gannam has been a member of Gannam, Gnann & Steinmetz LLC, and its predecessor firm, Gannam & Gnann, LLP, since 1984. Joe has served as managing partner since 2003. Joe has primarily practiced in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, small business formation and disputes, Social Security disability, immigration, probate and estate planning, and general civil litigation.

 

Joe has been selected for inclusion in Georgia Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite in the area of immigration law, and he has earned the esteemed AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.

 

A native and life-long resident of Savannah, Joe graduated from Benedictine Military School. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia. Joe is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial and appellate courts, the District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Savannah Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Joe is an affiliate member of the Savannah Area Realtors. He regularly serves as Court-appointed Special Master in real estate matters.
