Garrett R. Greiner
Garrett began his legal career at Gannam Gnann & Steinmetz where he worked as an associate from 2014 – 2019 before returning to the Firm as a partner in 2023. He is a spirited and fearless trial attorney with a diverse practice background and multiple areas of expertise. Garrett’s primary practice is civil litigation, where he specializes in insurance defense, personal injury/tort, contract disputes, complex business litigation, and commercial landlord/tenant matters. He has appeared in cases in state and federal courts all over southeast Georgia, representing diverse clients and interests. In 2016, as an associate litigator, he successfully represented the world’s largest multinational hotel chain in a high-profile, multimillion dollar wrongful death case in Chatham County Superior Court. When he’s not litigating civil matters, Garrett is appointed counsel in federal criminal cases having tried numerous felony jury trials. From multinational Fortune 500 companies to indigent criminal defendants, Garrett’s clients value his empathy and integrity in pursuit of their matters, big and small.
